Determined to entertain, he fulfilled his once far off dream of sharing tiki cocktails on YouTube from his home bar, The Breezeway. Through tutorials and lively banter with a myriad of guests from the retro scene, Spike's show became a global beacon of camaraderie and entertainment, providing a taste of socializing and cocktail culture during tough times.

Since launching his channel, Spike has amassed over 30,000 YouTube subscribers, developed a wide range of merchandise, earned recognition at the Las Vegas Golden Tiki with a shrunken head tribute, and has introduced his own rum blend in collaboration with renowned rum expert Ed Hamilton.
